  1. Pre-cool the pan of fried ice cream machine.
  2. Pour cream on the pan and spread it. Let it cool for few seconds but don’t let it become solid.
  3. Break 2 oreo in 4 pieces and add it to the pan and quickly break it using both spatulas, provided with your fried ice cream machine.
  4. In about 30 seconds, it should become solid.
  5. Take out the roll using the spatulas, remember to use defrost paddle if the roll stick to the pan. Don’t press paddle for more then 2 seconds.
  6. You can add pre-cooled cream to the rolls.

Tips

  • Keep Oreo dry and away from moist/wet items.
  • Discard, if Oreo is soft.

  3. Milk base (premix+ milk) 60 ml.
